Hamdy has acquired extensive experience over the 25 years he has been practicing in litigation and arbitration cases of various types. He possesses a strong legal research, reasoning and drafting skills. With spending a number of years as legal advisor for one of the leading construction company in Kuwait he has gained into depth experience in this field. Over more than two decades, Hamdy has been assisting and representing clients in out of court settlements, deeply involved in settlement negotiations, drafting the required settlement agreements and other ancillary documentation until reaching successful fruits for the best interests of both parties to the dispute.

Hamdy has also been representing clients before arbitral boards and sole arbitrators in variety of arbitration cases (ad hoc and intuitional) and before courts of all degrees (including the Court of Cassation) in huge number of litigation cases (civil, commercial, banking, bankruptcy, labour, criminal, public funds, insurance, taxes, etc.). He had further represented clients before committees (labour, taxes, dispute resolution and the like). Hamdy is also experienced in real estate title registration and is interacting with the various ministries and general authorities on behalf of the clients.

Hamdy received his Bachelor of Laws from the Cairo University͛s Faculty of Law (1993).

He further received his Master Degree in Judicial Science and Public Law (1998-1999).
